Inside the Pod
Come closer. Something wants to be born through you.
A circle to be held while a new version of you is being born.
Maybe it’s a book, a business, a boundary, or a braver version of you. Whatever is asking to come through, it needs more than willpower. It needs to be held. It needs a womb.
Orca pods are led by their grandmothers. When a mother loses her calf, the pod stays close and swims with her through it. No one asks her to be over it. She belongs because she exists.
This is the holding we practice. You arrive with an intention, and the circle holds it with you as it moves through your creative psyche: the shame that says hide, the guilt that says not yet, the grief that isn’t finished. We meet it in breath, in song, in silence, until what you carried alone becomes inner freedom, and what wants to be born through you has room and capacity to land.
Inside the Pod
Every birth needs somewhere to land.
We tend intention like a seed, and integration like soil.
Integration is how we orient and how we relate. Where we place our attention shapes what we give birth to.
We come to know ourselves in relationship, with each other, the land, and the mystery, while you remain the authority of your own knowing.
Every Shift moves through six practices that return you to your agency and direct knowing.
AKA: learning how to actually feel what you feel, and let it move through you.
The six practices of every Shift
Part math, part alchemy. A clear line of energy, offered in trust and beginner’s mind. We plant the seed, and let grace decide how it grows.
Naad (chanting) and japa (mantra repetition), followed by noble silence. A practice of choosing where we place our awareness.
Where physiology meets the mystic. Breath, movement, and stillness to come back into relationship with our instinctual nature and the regenerative life force within.
We bring our intention into quiet relationship with myth and archetype, like Skeleton Woman or the Mother. Then we let it percolate. A clear line, meeting grace.
Sometimes guided, sometimes prompted. Words as the place where the invisible becomes visible.
Integration happens in relationship. We hold each Shift in ceremony and keep the work alive together between gatherings. We are in this together.
Bring all of it.
Ideation architecture
The download is a seed.
Let it dance. Let it sing. Let it move.
HUM · HUM · HUM
Ideation is the first stage of creative birth: the feral, cosmic ground before anything is decided. An idea arrives, and the body answers with a wave of feeling. It may not be anxiety. It may be the spark of life force, asking to be followed.
Then contraction follows, in racing thought, distraction, and the old voice asking who are you to make this. Shame and fear prefer closure to an unfamiliar sensation. The practice is to listen beneath language, so the wave has somewhere to land. An old one walks beside us here, the one who gathers what was scattered. Brain mapping meets the sacred mystery, and the miraculous is felt before it is asked to become anything at all.
An evolution into zero point

SeedThe idea arrives whole. Complete, before it has a single word.

RootThe womb. Where the curve meets the line, the seed is held. Safe, protected, and given room to grow.

TrunkYour center. The spine lit from within, sweetness rising. The idea is nourished by your own body’s knowing.

BranchThe bodhisattva reach. This work was never only for us. Our branches become webs, reaching toward those who are calling.

FruitRipeness. This is Sunia: full, open, present. Zero point, where what you carry is ready to be shared.
Nothing in nature blooms on demand. Everything ripens in its season.
The Sunia Shift gathering
Once a month, we shift into ripeness.
Each month, we return to the seed you’re tending. We reconnect with your creative intention, nourish it, and garden it in good company. This is integration: where what you’ve received in ceremony, practice, and life finally takes root in the body.
Sunia Shift was born from my own longing to return home to myself. Every third Thursday, the Pod gathers live to do exactly that, together.
An example of a monthly theme
The arc we follow
We arrive, light the space, and name the seed you’re tending.
Breath and sound move what’s stuck, so the body can soften and receive.
Nothing to do or fix. Just space, where the miraculous can find you.
We listen beneath words, and let your knowing find the page.
We share, witness, and carry it home, held by women who see you.
New themes are shared inside the Pod.
Let us dance in reverence · in devotion to liberation
The storming phase
What looks like the end of an idea is often its bones, waiting to be sung back to life.
Every creative birth moves through a storm: the messy middle, where nothing fits and the iterations melt back into the earth. Most of us run here, mistaking it for a no.
In the Pod, we practice staying. What if you sat beside the tangled bones of your vision and sang them into harmony? What if you didn’t need an answer?
From seed to birth
Integration brings you back into your body. From there, discernment is born.
This isn’t integration work for therapy. It’s integration work to become an instrument of the divine, and a master of your own creative life force, able to feel the difference between a true no and the quiet of compost.
Sovereignty
Sovereignty is all of us.
This is not the lone path of the woman who has it all together. It is the path of the woman who keeps coming back, for herself and for every sister still finding her way home.
One who vows to keep returning until all beings are free. She offers her gifts as she is, not once she’s healed. Her healing and her service grow together.
My play on śūnyatā: listening beyond words, with the body, the senses, and the silence between. A Sunia Shift is the moment we stop grasping for answers and drop into ripeness and direct knowing.
Not perfect. Devoted.
Your freedom is the offering
Your liberation was never just for you.
When one woman stops shrinking, she makes room for the next. Every guilt you set down, every truth you finally speak, ripples out to your children, your sisters, and the women you’ll never meet. This is how the Pod works: one freedom, felt by many.
The Sunia Shift Pod
Bring all of it. There is room.
Your hunger, your grief, your unfinished seed, your wild. You don’t have to arrive ready. You only have to arrive.
