Threshold of Healing and Becoming Phoenix

Sunia Ripeness Devotional Contemplation.
A gentle contemplation on depression, rage, and grief as sacred thresholds. Perhaps what you once declared a failure or a “non‑helpful” feeling is your instinct leading you. This is an invitation to observe without needing to arrive at an absolute. Awareness expansion. Awareness contemplation. The many angles of sensing. The many angles of knowing.

Gentle Note.
This reflection speaks about depression, rage, grief, and a loved one’s death by suicide. It does so from a place of reverence for the instinctual human process, not diagnosis or blame. Please move at the pace that feels kind to your body; you are the only authority on when to pause, stop, or keep going. For immediate medical or safety support, please contact your local emergency services (in the U.S., dial 911).

…………………..

If we stop someone in the process of their threshold moment, rushing their grief, or labeling their depression as failure, what we might think of as protection is actually stagnation. We stagnate the instinct that was purposefully moving them through a sacred threshold. The burn has purpose. The burn requests neutrality. The burn requests non-judgement and deep trust.
