Even in messy transitions, you still belong.” Rebuilding Roots welcomes emotional emergence.

We like your intensity.
We think it’s your genius.
Nope, it’s not too much.

Even if you’re in the middle of a messy transtion, you still belong at the table.

Rebuilding Roots is for women who’ve lost the map—after death, heartbreak, burnout, or the quiet collapse of identity.

Home of the Sunia Table—a twice-monthly virtual gathering with Bailee Buckendorf, where we open the conversations we’ve been too afraid to have.

It’s one of those rare places where you can finally stretch out your suppressed experience
—grief, rage, numbness, silence, joy that you were shamed for and begin to understand them from many angles, without rushing to solve them.

This is not group coaching.
It is not a grief support group.
It is not therapy. It is not trauma dumping.
We protect the resonance in absolute integrity.

These gatherings are about resonance and what gets stirred in us when life disrupts everything we thought we knew, and the wisdom that wakes up in the aftermath.

It’s a space to return to stillness and a gentle release of the assumed need to explain your life away in order to belong.

By signing up, you’ll gain access to our next Sunia Shift Table, hosted live with Bailee, and be welcomed into the rhythm of Rebuilding Roots.

The Network for Threshold Seasons.

You’re here because you already know. We’re just making space for it.

You’re in the middle of becoming.

The cure to suppression is expression.

Like a crow, you have a signature sound.

You were never meant to speak like the others.

You’re not too dark.
You’re too accurate.

“Bailee is wise, resilient and courageous. Her fearless commitment to her own healing journey is inspiring.”

Sunia Shift?

The way of the patient bloom through deep listening.

I created the Sunia Shift because I was tired of fluffy pathologized BS telling me to let go, and I would THEN recover from trauma grief. I was tired of not having anyone to relate to...AND I was DONE feeling like my instincts were something to be cured.

Nope. That was my body's intelligence. I will not be letting go of that today.

The Sunia Shift is that breath that creates a teeeeeny tiny pocket of space for movement to see and hear differently. Pressure valve release, but gently. An access point to your soul again with FULL autonomy intact.

There is SO much said without words. It lights me up to share and teach tools to work with instinctual energetic nuances in purposeful ways to create desired shifts in our lives.

I know this work is needed in the world. I know it is not for everyone.

It is not therapy.
It is not coaching.

It is truly a space to learn to listen deeply.

And in my experience, when I listen to the subtle world, WOAH, my life works and makes sense again.

“When loss happens, we get initiated into a power we don't quite know how to hold...YET. The loss or unexpected transition strips away the layers of muck keeping us stuck, bringing us back to a state of pure presence, away from the constant loop of egoic expectations. That is the moment we need unconditional support.

Our heartbeat purpose:

  • We’re moving away from relationships built on what people can "get" and focusing on what we can give and create together. Our approach fosters genuine collaboration, creativity, and connection.

Humans heal and thrive in community, not isolation.

  • When the feminine instinct is injured the natural rhythms of life become disrupted. Our laser-sharp guiding intuition is compromised, and we suppress our innate genius to meet societal expectations. This imbalance severs us from the instincts that tell us what is right or wrong, whether to go this way or that way, leaving us untethered and uncertain.

An injured feminine instinct results in emotional exhaustion and a lights-out soul—an expression starved of vitality and purpose. It depletes our creative energy entirely, leaving us disconnected from the flow of life and the ability to fully thrive.

When the feminine instinct is injured, it creates a ripple effect of disconnection, isolation, and imbalance in families, communities, and societies. Without the balance of care, collaboration, and resilience that this instinct provides, our systems become transactional and unsustainable. By failing to honor the feminine instinct, we risk perpetuating cycles of burnout (soul starvation), disconnection, and lost potential for meaningful conscious evolution.

  • Our culture is more gritty than fluffy. It’s a deeply human conversation—raw, honest, and shaped by lived experience.

When women are rebuilding their lives or bringing something to life, they crave autonomy and connection. Rebuilding Roots offers tools and perspectives as inquiries, not absolutes. We believe in your ability to determine what’s best for you and will remind you of your inner wisdom.

  • Supporting women boldly means creating a space where women can come together, collaborate freely, and take action without hesitation.

We don’t leave our sister out.

This is about breaking free from traditional expectations and creating a culture of reciprocity.

Collaboration is at the heart of this community because we believe that when women unite their strengths, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.

In Rebuilding Roots, women gain access to resilience resources that help them to face life’s challenges head-on, whether it’s through shared knowledge, collective wisdom, or practical tools to rebuild, grow, and lead. This space is built on the belief that when women support each other, we amplify our collective power.

Taoist in its nature, guided by Wu-Wei Principles.

Hey there, I'm Bailee—Founder of the Rebuilding Roots Network.

I started this space because of a nudge inside that won't go away. I believe that supporting women and mothers is the most sacred work there is—the foundation upon which everything else grows. I can see the world shifting and feminine leadership rising.

I have a feeling Rebuilding Roots will be a sacred space and container to birth some really cool things and gather incredible souls together.

The resonance within the network is one of the Taoist Way and Wu-Wei principles.

It’s an approach that honors intuition over strategy, rhythm over urgency, and emergence over expectation.

We listen. We move when the knowing arrives.

This is for the woman who knows, deep down in her bones, that she is crossing a threshold. She doesn’t need a map—only the presence of those who see her, sisters who know the rhythm of initiation, who create for the benefit of all.

Build With Us:

Something new is taking shape. Maybe you feel it too.

We don’t have to strategize our way forward. The feminine instinct moves by rhythm, by resonance—not by force.

This is a space to move differently. To create reverently, side by side. To listen deeply, act instinctively, and trust that what is ready to take form will show itself.

Women are meant to support each other.

Bailee’s work is rooted in polarity and the Life/Death/Life Cycle, guiding others to rectify and reclaim their power, build resilience, and utilize life’s unexpected transitions as a foundation for growth. As an entrepreneur, she knows firsthand the importance of continually expanding and the necessity of letting go in a dance of iterations to make space for what’s needed in the present moment. Her approach is woven from both experience and exploration, offering a unique blend of strength, empathy, and insight that helps others gain an access point to the breath of fresh air and change they are craving—sustainably

In 2018, she had her PTSD unbecoming journey after facing a life-altering loss. Her teachings are grounded in yogic wisdom, ultra running, entrepreneurship, reciprocity and resilience-building practices. Bailee delivers her work in a way that fosters whole-body integration, challenging the narratives that limit us to “absolutes.”
